We are in the Chartley section of Norton on West Main Street between North Worcester Street and Oak Street, on the corner of Shirley Ave., as shown below.
If you have a dental emergency when our office is closed . . .
Call our office number: (508) 226-1686 and listen to the message. It will tell you what you should do.
In most cases, one of our dentists will be able to get back to you immediately or within a few hours. If you cannot wait for one of our dentists to get back to you, go to your nearest hospital emergency room for treatment.
Insurance and Payments
We accept assignment of benefits from all private insurance companies. We belong to Delta Dental of Massachusetts and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, but we do not belong to all of their networks. Please ask when you call to schedule your appointment and we will let you know if we accept your insurance.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you have insurance, only the estimated co-payment is due at the time of the visit. We welcome Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Financing is also available through CreditCare and Dental Free Plan.
Our staff is trained to answer most questions regarding your care and your insurance coverage. Feel free to clarify anything at any time.
Please remember that we verify insurance coverage as a courtesy and cannot guarantee payment as we have no control over the insurance carriers.
Office Hours
We try our best to accommodate our patients' varied work schedules and obligations. We have the following hours available for dental appointments:
Monday - Thursday
8:30am - 7:00pm
Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
All appointments need to be scheduled in advance. Please call during our office hours to make an appointment.
We make an effort to keep appointments on schedule so you won't be kept waiting. Call to schedule an appointment during our regular office hours.
Instruments
Our office follows a strict protocol of disinfection and sterilization. We follow all guidelines of the Center for Disease Control, American Dental Association, and OSHA. Thus, you can be sure that all instruments are sterilized or disposable
Our office has a home-like atmosphere. When you are here, you can read the latest issue of People magazine, watch a video while waiting, or just sit and look out the window at our numerous bird feeders.
We try to make your visits as stress-free as possible.
