Dental Patient Information – Norton, MA
Friendly, Convenient Dentistry for the Entire Family
Many people avoid visiting the dentist due to fear, anxiety, stress, and a variety of other reasons. At Norton Family Dentistry, we strongly believe that taking care of your smile should be easy and enjoyable, which is why we do everything we can to make each of your appointments as positive as possible. Below, we’ve included some important information if you’re planning on scheduling a first visit with us, like what you can expect, our new patient forms, and dental insurance information.
Your First Dental Visit
During your first checkup and cleaning, one of our dental hygienists will capture X-rays of your mouth and conduct a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, looking for any signs of common oral health problems like cavities and periodontal disease. If we do find anything, one of our dentists will consult with you and make a treatment plan to address it and keep the issue from progressing. Before you leave, you’ll receive a thorough cleaning, polishing, and flossing of your teeth, leaving your grin feeling refreshed until the next time you see us.
New Patient Forms
We ask that all of our new patients please take the time to download, print, and fill out our new patient forms linked below before your appointment. This will keep you from needing to do it in our waiting room and streamline your first visit with us.
